July is here and we are halfway through summer. This month, I will be hosting a STEM week filled with fun activities on July 20^th – July 24^th . Be on the lookout for details on how to participate.

Take time this summer to try out some Outdoor Education project activities to get out of the house and practice good social distancing. Activities include: camping and hiking, wildlife watching, shooting and hunting skills, fire building and outdoor cooking, canoe and kayaking, outdoor safety and first aid, and outdoor navigation. You may just find a favorite new project.

Being mindful is more than being aware. It’s about shifting your awareness from one subject to the next. Its bout developing stronger focus abilities. It’s about creating your brain to be SUPER!! So take time and give your mind a break from everything all at once. And allow your brain to shift mindfully to one thing at a time. You deserve it.

Fort Bend 4-H is teaming up Texas 4-H for a Virtual Stem Camp. The camp will taking place at Extension Office (1402 Band Rd Ste 100, Rosenberg, TX ). The cost to attend is $40 for Texas 4-H members and $50 for non Texas 4-H members all supplies will be provided.
